The Knysna Extreme is a challenging point-to-point, self-supported race that takes place along the Garden Route. The course starts with a 5 km swim in the Knysna Estuary, followed by a 174 km cycle through coastal, mountain and semi-desert scenery. This is then followed by a 50 km run through plantations and the Knysna forest.

Storms River Mouth – Nature’s Valley, 31 October 2020
The OTTER African Trail Race and Challenge took place from 29 to 31 October. It is run on the World famous Otter Hiking Trail. The hike is done over 5 days but the trail runners cover the 40+ kilometres in Sub-11 hours (Challenge) or sub-9 hours (Race). Congratulations to all the ATC’ers who took part (results further down).
