The African Duathlon Championships for 2021 was held on Sunday, 17 October 2021, in Windhoek, Namibia. The Cape Town contingent performed very well with Paul Hilliard taking top AG honours and is the 40-44 AG Champ. Karen Nortje was the first female age grouper and is the 50-54 AG Champ. Leon De Lange took Silver in the 50-54 AG.
