B-Active, organisers of the Ultra series, took the decision to move the Cape Ultra event to a bit later in the year, whihc meant that the swim was a bit more pleasant and warmer
Rohan Meyer was the overall race winner and Jeannine Ruffles won the Masters category.
In the Sprint Race, Joshua Scott, Alexander Laugksch and Johannes Botha made a clean sweep of the Junior podium. Vicky Van Der Merwe was the second lady home. Crispin Barrett won the Vets category, followed by STeve Attwell in 2nd and Henry Wolstenholme won the Masters Category.
Atlantic Triathlon Club, as the biggest club represented won the amazing prize of promotional branded products from Yesman, to the value of R14000. We have already put these to use at Challenge Cape Town, our Sunset Team Time Trial and the Double Century.
