Atlantic Triathlon Club at European Champs
We will provide more details in the next full newsletter, but we can’t wait until then to report that the Atlantic Triathlon Club was second in Division I at the Ironman TriClub European Championships, held in Pula, Croatia yesterday! There are load of photos on social media of the finish venue in the ancient Pula Arena. ATC had over 30 Triathletes participating in the event and we are all having a bit of a holiday before returning to defend our other title, that of the FreshPak Fitness Festival Club Champions, on 1 October in Clanwilliam.
TRAINING: Details here...
Please take note of the altered training schedule for the remainder of September. There are big events coming up over the next two weekends and we will not have any club training sessions over those weekends.

Then, from 8 October onwards, the swim will return to the Friday morning time slot of 06:00.
BIKE: We will not have any planned club rides for the next two weeks. After Clanwilliam we will start with long DC rides on non-event weekends.
