This is probably the first time ever that we've had exactly the same times posted by the fastest runner at the Tuesday morning session and the fastest runner at the Wednesday evening session. Well done to Matthew Knight and Ryno Du Preez, who both ran 17:53. For Matt it was hist first time under 18 minutes!
